I can often be found reading books and attending CPD events. However an event I recently attended inspired me to find out more about the connection of how what we eat affects not only our health but our mood.
This found me reading further material and my conclusion is that all of Dr Michael Mosley's books make fascinating reading. These include the famous "5:2 diet", "the fast 800 diet," fast exercise,""the 8 week blood sugar diet" and "the clever guts diet". His wife, Dr Clare Bailey has also written some very useful recipe books to accompany his books.
If anyone is interested in the topics of these books and has not yet had an opportunity to read them then I would encourage you to do so. I mention this as I am truly interested in promoting anything that may be supportive to a happy and healthy life.
